Front Mission

Finally being able to have a legal version of the game would have been good enough, but Square-Enix decided to include the extras from the PS1 release, as well as the ability to get the "boss" vehicles through extra playthroughs. It was a total gem.

I guess you can consider it a rpg since it's more then just farming and actually has dungeons, Rune Factory. Bleh I know it came out last year but I'm planing on getting part two when it comes out next month. I've already pre-ordered it.

^^I always planned on playing that one
Too bad I'm not so huge fan of the farming thing, but with Rune Factory there's big emphasis on exploring and dungeons right?

Yeah to beat the game you have to complete the eight dungeons then the final boss. Farming is mostly just a quick way to get cash. The cool thing is you can tame monsters and once you get them at a high enough friendship level they do all the farming for you. There is a black smith in town but it's better to just add onto your house and build your own weapons. The game kinda forces you to do this as once you get to a certain level the weapons the black smith sells are useless. But making weapons isn't that hard. You usually just mine the ore, collect a few items and forge it. The only thing that sucks is there are several key items that the game doesn't really tell you how to get but Gamefaqs or any other guide works fine for that.

I voted Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates. It was cool. My friend and I were on holiday and we brought our DS' along and we played Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates, Multiplayer is cool.

mces0421 is on a distinguished road
Actually, I haven't seen all those choices, but my favorite is Final fantasy IV ha!ha!ha! really I like the adventures of the role of Cecil, And a Dark Knight from the kingdom of Baron, on his journey to save the world from the evil Golbez. Though struggling he wants to save his world.

I voted TWEWY because the only other DS RPG I've played is FFTA2, and FFTA2 sucked.

I was going to say TWEWY, but just for nostalgia's sake, I'm going to say Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon. It wasn't nearly as good as any of the gba or snes installments, but it was good regardless. (and hard was actually hard and not "easymode" like in some of the others.)

FF4 for me. It was really fun to see the game through fresh eyes again.
